First, try it for free
Every business gets a 14-day free trial, no card needed. Nothing is charged during the trial, so there's nothing to refund.
Refund of the first payment
If you subscribed and Mapzu isn't what you expected, ask for a refund within 14 days of the first payment and we'll refund it in full, no questions asked.
Monthly renewals
Renewals aren't refunded for unused days. You can cancel anytime from Settings → Plan and we won't charge you again: you keep using Mapzu until the end of the period you paid for.
If we charge a renewal after you cancelled, or charge you twice by mistake, we refund that charge in full.
How to ask for it
Write to [contact email to be completed] with your account email, or ask Paddle directly from the link in the receipt you got by email.
We reply within 2 business days.
Who issues the refund
Payments and refunds are processed by Paddle.com, our authorized reseller (Merchant of Record). The money goes back to the same payment method, in the same currency. Depending on your bank or payment method, it may take 5 to 10 business days to show up.
Your rights as a consumer
This policy doesn't limit the rights your country's law gives you, such as a right of withdrawal. If the law gives you more, the law wins.
