How billing works
- Try it free for 14 days, no card needed. If it works for you, subscribe from Settings → Plan.
- Billing is monthly and automatic. Paddle converts the US$ 10 to your currency at the day's rate and adds your country's taxes (VAT or sales tax) before you pay.
- If a payment fails, Paddle retries it and everything keeps working. After 10 days without payment, the map becomes read-only until it's settled.
- Cancel anytime from Settings. You keep using Mapzu until the end of the paid period.
AI, included
Each business gets a monthly AI allowance included in the plan, more than enough for normal use. You see what's left as a percentage; if you reach the limit, AI pauses until next month and the rest of Mapzu keeps working.
Refunds
If the first payment didn't convince you, we refund it within 14 days. The details are in the refund policy.
